This Privacy Policy explains how Sanchit Agnihotri ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Flow Bulk browser extension and this website (together, the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a Google account identifier. We use this to create and identify your account.
• Usage data: we record how many prompts you have generated and the generation mode used, so we can enforce free-tier limits and your subscription entitlement.
• Subscription data: your plan status and billing period, synced from our payment processor.
• Prompt content: the prompts you enter are sent to Google Flow to generate content. We may briefly process prompt text to operate the Service but do not use it for any other purpose.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by our payment processor (Razorpay), which handles your card/UPI information directly. We do not sell your personal data.

3. How we use information

• To provide and operate the Service.
• To enforce free-tier limits and subscription access.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests.

4. Third-party services

• Google — for sign-in and for running your generations inside your own Google Flow account.
• Supabase — for secure database and backend hosting of your account and usage data.
• Razorpay — for payment processing and subscription billing.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see the Contact page).

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email on our Contact page.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
