These Terms govern your use of the Flow Bulk browser extension and website (the "Service") provided by Sanchit Agnihotri ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Flow Bulk is a browser extension that automates bulk generation of images and videos on Google Flow by filling prompts, submitting them, and saving results on your behalf. Generations run inside your own Google account.

2. Independence / no affiliation

Flow Bulk is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Google" and "Google Flow" are trademarks of their respective owner. You are responsible for using Google Flow in accordance with Google's own terms of service.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.

4. Free tier and subscriptions

The Service offers a free allowance of prompts. After the free allowance is used, continued use requires a paid subscription as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or billing.
• Do not resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
• You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.

6. Service availability

The Service depends on third-party platforms (including Google Flow) whose interfaces and availability may change without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or content arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
