Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Flow Bulk subscription at any time from within the extension (the "Cancel plan" option). When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

Flow Bulk is a digital subscription service billed in advance for each period. Because access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.

However, we want you to be satisfied. We will consider a refund in cases such as:

• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period.
• A technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of the billing period and we were unable to resolve it.
• A refund request made within 7 days of the first charge, where the Service was substantially unusable.

How to request a refund

Email agnihotri.sanchit@gmail.com from the email address on your account, including the date of the charge and the reason. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Razorpay) and may take several business days to appear.

Note

Flow Bulk relies on Google Flow, which runs in your own Google account. Charges or limits on your Google account are separate from your Flow Bulk subscription and are not eligible for refunds by us.
